In February a Federal Judge dismissed the ACLU lawsuit but the organization hasn’t given up the fight.  On Wednesday urged the court to reinstate the lawsuit.

    Walmart claims to be “sympathetic” about this man’s “unfortunate” situation….their actions certainly show no evidence to support that statement. Bearing their actions in mind I will be choosing to spend my dollars with another retailer in the future.
