Royal Oak, Michigan Bans Residents From Growing Medical Marijuana

Royal Oak will not allow individual patients and caregivers to grow medical marijuana, but will allow card-carrying patients to smoke the drug in their home, according to an ordinance passed by the body in the early morning hours of Jan. 25.

  1. This is really sad. Marijuana, the most harmless non-toxic drug known to man STILL has people opposing it based on pure ignorance, even after the state voted it in. The failing drug war continues!

    I don’t understand how any city, county or township can legally disregard a state law ?
